Your troll may differ from the catalog picture in eye and nose color, shade of hair, basic decorations, etc. And we sometimes make changes due to the availability of materials or a desire to make the troll look its best. Shipping & Ordering Info: * most orders are shipped within the 2 business days (M-F) following the placement of your order. Normal USA shipping is either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. * prices are listed in US funds. * a shipping charge of $8.75 is added to all orders shipped Priority Mail to US RESIDENTIAL destinations (or Parcel Post to AK & HI). A charge of $8.75 is added to same RESIDENTIAL destinations via UPS Ground. The shipping charge is PER ENTIRE ORDER, not per item. * SAVE ON SHIPPING: use our Special Saver Rate of $7.50 per order (US 48). Just provide us with a valid ship to business address and package will be sent via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. * Alaska and Hawaii: normal shipping is Parcel Post for the standard $8.75 charge, or contact us to get an estimate for the faster but more costly Priority Mail option. * For orders that contain only a Troll Card or Cards, there is a flat rate of $2 for US destinations via US Mail (for other destinations, actual charges will be applied). * A package's weight and destination greatly affects our shipping cost. To keep the FLAT RATE SHIPPING COST as low as possible, we might need to send a package by a different shipping method than one selected. This would be either UPS Ground or Priority Mail (or Parcel Post to AK & HI). If this is not acceptable please let us know. * an order over $100.00 (excluding shipping) will receive a 10% COLLECTORS DISCOUNT. Note: Collectors Club members will receive a maximum of 20% discount for orders over $100. Yahoo Shopping is not able to factor in the discount amount so it will be applied when the order is processed. The price for the 30" and 60" Trolls already include this discount, but other items or Trolls ordered at same time do not show the price reduction and will receive the 10% discount when order is processed. Also note that because of shipping and handling costs, multiple shipment orders with a combined total over $100, are not eligible for this discount. * to pay by cashiers check, personal check, or money order, select that option in the payment field and place order, we will hold order till payment arrives. Please send payment total from invoice to the 150 Troll Mtn. address. If eligible for the collectors discount you can send adjusted amount ( total minus 10%). Orders paid by personal checks will be held the necessary 7-10 days before sending order out unless you are an established customer. * Tennessee orders will be charged the 9.75% state sales tax rate. * upgrading package to USPS Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, or 2 Day Air delivery is available on phone orders only. The total shipping rate you will be charged, will be the actual cost of the air delivery service that you select. To make sure that your rush order will be able to be sent out to arrive when you need it, please call 1-800-951-2537 to place an Overnight, Next Day Air,or 2nd Day Air order. * Shipments to Canada, Denmark, UK and Australia: additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to these countries. We ship via US Postal Service and charge you the actual shipping costs as determined by the Post Office. All order data, including your credit card information, is not stored on any one of our computers that is connected to the internet. We do not keep or file credit card data on any computer. * all online transactions at the TrollTown web site are handled with the industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. RETURNS * Has your troll or other item arrived damaged? Even with over 40 years of experience in packing and shipping our products, they still can arrive damaged due to an unusually rough treatment of the package (often showing no damage to the box itself). We don't want you to have a damaged troll so please contact us so we can decide the best way to remedy. If it is just a case of one or two parts that have come loose (like a nose) AND you don't have time to wait for a replacement, you can re-attach using hot glue or other adhesive. But, please contact us anyway. * in the event that the Troll or other item you received isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact 5 Arts Studio via phone or email, and have as a reference the purchase date, invoice/packing slip number.
