We make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. Most orders placed on a week day (M-F) are shipped within 24 hours. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, (Parcel Post to AK & HI), UPS Ground, and UPS Air methods. The UPS chart below will give you a more detailed view of transit times. Because of vast difference in size and shipping weight of the trolls, orders needing upgraded shipping (such as USPS Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air) are possible only by contacting us direct by phone or email. A shipping charge of $8.75 is added to all orders shipped Priority Mail to US RESIDENTIAL destinations (or Parcel Post to AK & HI). A charge of $8.75 is added to same RESIDENTIAL destinations via UPS Ground. The shipping charge is PER ENTIRE ORDER, not per item. For Alaska and Hawaii Only: normal shipping is Parcel Post for the standard $8.75 charge, or contact us to get an estimate for the faster but more costly Priority Mail option. SAVE ON SHIPPING: select our Special Saver Rate of $7.50 per order (US 48). Just provide us with a valid ship to business address and package will be sent via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. For orders that contain only a Troll Card or Cards, there is a flat rate of $2 for US destinations via US Mail (for other destinations, actual charges will be applied). *** A package's weight and destination greatly affects our shipping cost. To keep the STANDARD SHIPPING COST low, we might need to send a package by a different shipping method than one selected. This would be either UPS Ground or Priority Mail (or Parcel Post to Alaska & Hawaii). If this is not acceptable please let us know. Orders placed during holiday weekends (such as Thanksgiving), or between holidays (such as Christmas and New Years), will be shipped out as early as possible the following week. UPS Ground varies from 2-6 days in transit (depending on distance from our TN studio), has a tracking number to make it easier to locate along route, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, many APO addresses, or on Saturdays. You can figure UPS shipping times by viewing map shown below or by visiting this UPS site (use 37722 zip). UPS transit times Priority Mail has a 2-4 day estimated (non guaranteed ) US delivery time and will be delivered 6 days of the week and also to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses but will not have a tracking function as detailed as UPS. UPS 2nd Day Air is a shipping option with faster delivery times for packages that are shipped to farther destinations (more than 700 miles from East Tennessee) ***Keep in mind that the standard UPS Ground delivery times for much of the eastern USA are the same or only one additional day more in transit as the costlier 2nd Day Air (see above map)*** Since these costs vary greatly due to order size and destination, we only take phone orders for these shipments. When you call we can provide you with the estimated shipping charges, which will be actual amount that UPS charges us. Because of the UPS weight and package size minimums, cost for shipping a small Troll often runs above $20. With this service you will receive your package anywhere in the lower 48 states, on the 2nd day after the day of shipment (ie ships Monday arrives Wednesday or... ships Thursday arrives Monday). *** Air shipping charges will not show on invoice but will be calculated based on size and weight and then added to your invoice total when processed.*** UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and USPS Overnight shipments are available but only via phone orders. 1-800-951-2537 M-F 9-5 EST RETURNS: * Has your troll or other item arrived damaged? Even with over 40 years of experience in packing and shipping our products, they still can arrive damaged due to an unusually rough treatment of the package (often showing no damage to the box itself). We don't want you to have a damaged troll so please contact us so we can decide the best way to remedy. If it is just a case of one or two parts that have come loose (like a nose) AND you don't have time to wait for a replacement, you can re-attach using hot glue or other adhesive. But, please contact us anyway. * in the event that the Troll or other item you received isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact 5 Arts Studio via phone or email, and have as a reference the purchase date, invoice/packing slip number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. INTERNATIONAL: Shipments to Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Australia, Japan, and UK: * additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to these countries. You can email us prior to ordering to get an estimate of ship options and costs. We ship via US Postal Service and charge you the actual shipping costs as determined by the Post Office. Once you place your order you will be emailed with shipping costs before sending package. Choose "Shipping outside US" option as shipment method when filling out order and we will add the shipping charges when order is processed (the shipping cost will not show on invoice).
